RemoteContent & creator operations

The role

You will own the day-to-day delivery of creator content for China. This is a hands-on role connecting editorial planning, localization, production, publishing, and reporting. You will keep the work moving and make sure every deliverable is ready for its audience and platform.

What you’ll do

  • Own the content calendar and move deliverables from brief and strategy through production, review, approval, and publication.
  • Adapt global creators’ content for Chinese audiences: develop local angles, titles, captions, thumbnails, subtitles, and platform-specific formats while preserving each creator’s voice.
  • Coordinate creators, editors, and internal stakeholders; collect source materials, give clear feedback, track revisions, and resolve blockers before deadlines.
  • Check the final publishing package for language, formatting, asset quality, rights, and required disclosures. Keep creator and commercial approvals documented.
  • Manage publishing across assigned accounts on Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Kuaishou, and WeChat, with the right copy, cover, tags, and schedule for each platform.
  • Track published links and performance, maintain accurate reports, and turn audience feedback and analytics into the next content experiment.
  • Keep assets, task ownership, deadlines, and handoffs organized in our content dashboard, and improve repeatable workflows as the operation grows.

What you’ll bring

  • Practical experience managing social content, editorial production, or creator accounts, with examples of work you have taken from planning to publication.
  • Native-level Chinese and native-level fluency in spoken and written English for localizing content and communicating with international creators.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Chinese social platforms, especially Bilibili, Douyin, or Xiaohongshu, and an understanding of how audiences and formats differ between them.
  • Good editorial judgment and attention to detail when reviewing copy, subtitles, video edits, thumbnails, and publishing metadata.
  • Confidence coordinating multiple deliverables, priorities, and approvals, with clear written updates and reliable follow-through in a remote team.
  • Comfort with content dashboards, spreadsheets, and platform analytics, including explaining what worked and what to change next.

Nice to have

  • Experience at an MCN, creator agency, or international content team.
  • Familiarity with CapCut/Jianying, subtitle tools, and AI-assisted localization, with a careful human quality check.
  • Experience delivering sponsored content, coordinating brand feedback, or supporting community management.
