Privacy Policy
This policy explains how SAIKO Network handles personal information across our website, creator platform, managed services, communications, and business relationships.
Last updated: September 19, 2026
1. Who we are
SAIKO Network is the public-facing brand used by 成都赛科文化科技有限公司, which handles China operations and domestic finance, and HubtersAI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which handles finance outside China, including service-fee payments outside China. The entity responsible for a particular managed service or transaction will be identified in the applicable agreement, invoice, or payment instructions.
成都赛科文化科技有限公司 is located at 中国四川省成都市天府三街软件园(待营业执照确认详细注册地址). HubtersAI, LLC is located at 5214F Diamond Heights Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94110, United States. For questions or privacy requests, contact contact@saikonetwork.com or use our contact form.
2. Scope
This policy applies when you visit saikonetwork.com, explore our mock dashboard or guidebooks, request a free China Market Assessment, create or use an account, contact us, participate in onboarding, use our creator-management tools, enter a commercial relationship with us, or interact with us as a creator, brand, prospect, applicant, staff member, contractor, or business contact. A separate agreement or collection notice may apply to a particular service; if it provides additional protections, those protections also apply. Products on other domains may have separate privacy policies.
3. Information we collect
- Account and contact information: name, email address, profile image, password hash, Google account identifiers when you use Google sign-in, Discord username, company or channel, and communications with us.
- Creator and onboarding information: content category, goals, audience size and location, target markets, timelines, preferred services, social-platform names, profile links, account status, and publishing preferences.
- Inquiries and free assessments: your name, email, submitted channel URLs, China-market goals, inquiry type, message, request reference, correspondence, and our review notes. Contact forms also record the landing-page URL, browser referrer when available, and campaign attribution parameters such as UTM source, medium, and campaign.
- Identity and verification information: legal and preferred names, nationality, date of birth, passport number and expiry, phone number, address, professional qualifications, identification documents, platform-verification applications, and related evidence. We collect this only when needed for account or platform verification, contracting, compliance, or authorized operations.
- Content and service data: uploaded media and files, briefs, drafts, approvals, review notes, publication details, account metrics, audience history, posts, campaign information, requests, support messages, contracts, signatures, copyright records, and learning or workflow progress.
- Commercial and financial information: subscription status, plan and platform count, Stripe customer and transaction references, invoices, revenue, commissions, payouts, bank-transfer records, tax or payee information when required, and contract terms. Payment-card details submitted at checkout are handled by Stripe rather than stored directly by us.
- Business relationship and prospect information: professional contact details, role, employer, public profiles, visible audience information, public business addresses, outreach history, relationship notes, and information supplied by you, your organization, referrals, or public business sources.
- Email and collaboration records: sender and recipient addresses, CC recipients, subjects, message bodies, attachments, threads, delivery or failure events, replies, unsubscribe preferences, task assignments, calendar events, and activity history where those features are used.
- Applicant, staff, and contractor records: application or professional information you submit, role and department, employment or engagement records, contact details, identity documents where required, emergency contacts, payee and bank details, payroll, expenses, leave, education, prior-employment documents, social-insurance or housing-fund details where applicable, and policy acknowledgments.
- Website usage information: Google Analytics may collect page views, referral information, session identifiers, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, and interactions with the website through cookies and similar technologies.
- Technical and security information: IP address, device and browser information, session and security events, timestamps, request logs, authentication tokens, and essential cookie data. At account creation, we also record approximate country information provided by our hosting infrastructure and your browser timezone when available; this is not GPS location or verified residence.
4. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you; from people or organizations that are authorized to work with you; automatically when you use the services; from connected authentication, payment, social, and communications providers; from Chinese social platforms and operational partners when necessary to perform authorized services; and from public business sources for legitimate creator, brand, and partnership research.
Public creator or brand research may include official profiles, representative posts, professional websites, and public business contact details. Managed-account reports may come from authorized platform access, official dashboards, APIs, or staff-assisted imports. Please provide information about other people only when you have authority to do so, and avoid including unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information in general contact or assessment forms.
5. How and why we use information
- Provide accounts, onboarding, managed channel operations, localization, publishing, analytics, account verification, content workflows, copyright support, commercial opportunities, contracts, billing, payouts, email, and customer support.
- Review assessment requests, evaluate submitted channels and relevant public content, recommend platforms and next steps, send request receipts, and coordinate follow-up through our CRM and internal notifications.
- Administer recruiting, staff and contractor onboarding, assignments, internal communications, emergency contacts, payroll, expenses, and employment or engagement obligations.
- Authenticate users, secure the services, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, maintain audit records, and enforce agreements.
- Communicate about requests, projects, transactions, security, product changes, and—where permitted—news or marketing. You may unsubscribe from marketing while continuing to receive essential service messages.
- Measure and improve service reliability, workflows, content operations, and customer experience, including through aggregated or de-identified information.
- Develop creator, brand, and commercial relationships using relevant business information and public professional sources.
- Comply with law, platform rules, tax and accounting duties, contractual obligations, and valid legal requests; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests such as operating and securing our services and developing relevant business relationships, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Required form fields are needed to process the relevant request. Without an email address and at least one channel URL, for example, we cannot provide an assessment through that form. Verification or payment information may be necessary for the particular service but is not required merely to browse the website. Request receipts and service follow-up are distinct from marketing subscriptions; submitting an assessment does not itself subscribe you to a newsletter.
6. When we disclose information
We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above:
- Service providers: Cloudflare for hosting, security, and database infrastructure; Backblaze for file storage; Resend for email and delivery events; Stripe for billing and payments; Google for sign-in and Google Analytics; Discord for internal operational webhook notifications; OpenAI for optional AI-assisted outreach-reply classification; and professional advisers and operational vendors supporting the services.
- Our team and communications recipients: authorized staff and contractors who handle the relevant inquiry, account, project, or business function. An assessment receipt is sent to your supplied email address and copied to contact@saikonetwork.com. Internal webhook notifications may include your name, email, inquiry details, submitted channel URLs, goals, and request reference. Messages may also be shared with recipients you authorize or include in a conversation.
- Social platforms and operational partners: Chinese social platforms, content-production tools, localization or account-operation partners, and verification providers when you ask us or authorize us to manage, verify, publish, or support an account.
- Business counterparties: creators, brands, agencies, campaign partners, or payees when necessary to evaluate, arrange, document, or perform an opportunity or transaction.
- Legal and safety recipients: courts, regulators, law enforcement, platforms, or affected parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or enforce agreements.
- Corporate transactions: prospective or actual purchasers, investors, lenders, or advisers in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices before doing so.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar storage for authentication, account sessions, security, preferences, and limited site-preview access. The website also loads Google Analytics to measure website usage; analytics technologies are separate from cookies needed to provide account access. Analytics information is processed by Google under its applicable terms and privacy practices. This policy does not represent analytics cookies as strictly necessary.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may prevent account features from working. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Where consent is required for non-essential technologies, those technologies must be subject to the applicable consent requirements; describing them in this policy is not a substitute for obtaining consent.
8. International transfers
SAIKO operates across the United States, China, and other markets. Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including by service providers and platforms with different data-protection laws. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards, contractual protections, and access controls. Some transfers to a platform may be necessary to perform account-management or verification services you request.
You may contact us for information about the recipients and transfer safeguards applicable to your service. The available protections depend on the destination, provider, and governing law; platform submission requirements do not remove any applicable data-protection obligations.
9. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain the business relationship, satisfy legal, tax, accounting, platform, security, and dispute-resolution requirements, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the data and purpose. For example, we may delete temporary verification tokens after they expire, keep account and project data while an account is active, and retain contracts, invoices, approvals, and transaction records for the legally required period. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, unless preservation is required by law or a legal hold.
Inquiry and assessment records are retained while we review and respond to your request and for relevant follow-up, relationship management, and dispute or compliance needs. Employee and financial records follow applicable employment, tax, and accounting requirements. Minimal unsubscribe or suppression records may be retained to honor a request not to contact you. Copies in email, operational notifications, backups, or provider systems may have different retention periods; deleting a platform record does not necessarily immediately remove every copy.
10. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information, including access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, restricted credentials, and service logging. No system is completely secure. Protect your password and account credentials, use a unique password, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing; and appeal or complain to a data-protection authority. California residents may also have rights to know the categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of personal information and to receive equal service when exercising privacy rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not currently offer a “Do Not Sell or Share” link.
Submit a request to contact@saikonetwork.com. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Some information may be exempt from a request, including information we must retain for security, legal compliance, contracts, or legal claims. You may designate an authorized agent where law permits.
You can ask us to stop business outreach, correct a submitted channel URL, or delete an assessment request, subject to applicable exceptions. We respond within the time required by the law applicable to your request. Account closure and termination of a managed-service agreement are separate from a privacy request and may require additional operational steps. You may complain to your local data-protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable.
12. Children
The services are intended for adults and business users, not children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us so we can review and take appropriate action.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services and legal obligations change. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
14. AI-assisted tools and recommendations
When configured, our outreach workflow sends portions of an email subject and reply body to OpenAI to classify the response for follow-up, such as interest, a request to contact later, or a decline. The API request disables response storage using the provider's store setting; this does not mean the provider has no security or abuse-monitoring retention. Automated classification may affect CRM status and follow-up actions. You can contact our team to correct a classification or discuss a recommendation.
Onboarding tools may recommend a plan or platform using the information you provide, including audience size and content category. Free assessments are requests for review by our team, not a guarantee of market performance or acceptance into a funded partnership. Where authorized localization work uses external editing, transcription, translation, or dubbing tools, relevant content may be processed by those tools under the agreed service scope.
15. Third-party platforms and public content
Links to WhatsApp, social platforms, guidebook downloads, and other external services may send you to services with their own privacy practices. Embedded images, videos, and other media may cause your browser to contact the hosting provider and transmit technical information such as your IP address. Content you authorize us to publish, including creator names and profiles, may become public on the destination platform. Third-party platform copies and public reposts may remain outside our direct control.
